You might have heard about Squidoo (maybe that’s why you’ve landed here, right?). It’s a very popular online content publishing website. You might be thinking; what a strange name, Squidoo! But don’t be fooled! It is ranked among the top 500 websites in the whole wide world! And ranks within top 300 websites in the U.S. This, in today’s online world dominated by giant alligators like Google and Facebook (etc), in itself is an honor.

Squidoo allows you to earn money through many methods, which we will discuss shortly. With Squidoo, you are guaranteed an income. That, of course, doesn’t mean it’s quick or easy money. What is Squidoo?

Like I said, Squidoo is an online publishing website. It allows people to create pages called lenses, which are similar to blog posts. Only difference is, Squidoo provides more convenient ways of earning money. And it is easier to write lenses than creating and maintaining a blog.. Users who write lenses are called lensmasters.

Your lenses can be used to promote anything, as long as you stay from an extra-promotional behavior which will get you banned for spamming. You can earn revenue by various methods such as setting up referral links to websites like Amazon, participating in affiliate program etc.

Create a lens

Start off by creating a lens. You can choose a topic from any of the 22 categories available, from health to cooking to business. Once you have the topic decided and the content made, you have various further options to enhance your content. You can add Pictures, Videos, Links, News Feeds etc. You can also add RSS Feeds and Google Blog Search.

How To Make Money With Google – The Beginner’s Guide

Introduction

In 2005, I came across a forum thread where people were talking about making money with Google, eBay, and Amazon. During that time period I also met a guy who made all of his money promoting eBay. I had no idea how any of it worked but I was really interested. I didn’t love my job and was looking for an out.

In the last five years I have successfully made the transition from knowing absolutely nothing to making a lot of money with Google. This article will share some insights into how this is possible.

Google Does NOT Hire People To Work From Home

When I first started hearing about making money with Google, I assumed that they hired people to work from home. As far as I know, this isn’t the case. In the last five years, I have never met a person who works from home, for Google. However, I know a lot of people who are making money by promoting Google’s programs. I also know a lot of people who make a lot of money because they use Google as a source of traffic to their websites.

How To Get Started

In order to start making money with these methods, you really need to have your own website. Fortunately, this isn’t difficult at all. How The Money Is Actually Made

Google’s money is made by producing clicks for advertisers. This happens in two places:

1.        On Google’s search engine – Google.com

2.        On other people’s websites (your site can be one of these)

The second program is called Google Adsense. As part of the program, Google allows people who have websites to place ads on their website’s pages. When their visitors click on an ad, Google gets paid. Google shares that revenue with the website owner.

This means that you can start a website, place Google ads on it, and get paid when your visitors click on an ad. On average, you can count on around 5% of your website’s visitors to click on an ad. The visitors that I get on my websites come from a variety of sources. One of my biggest sources of traffic is Google.com. I put articles on my websites that I believe will match up with what people are searching for. This allows my websites to show up in Google‘s search engine. People click on my site and visit. Around 5% of them click on an ad and I get paid.

I have found numerous questions related to this topic of earning money on the internet. This process of earning money can be fast and also slow but steady. I believe I should start a discussion on this topic, so that it benefits many people in the long run.

There are no easy and quick way to make money online. Most advertisement for paid survey, typing at home, typing ads are scams, to take your money. Also make sure to use spyware and adware removers. Malware and other unwanted stuff gets installed on your computer without you knowing after just a few hours of browsing. 

READ THE TERMS OF SERVICE - Whenever you decide to use any online service, the first thing you get asked is your email address. This is normally quickly followed by a set of check boxes: 'Yes, Sign me up for your free weekly newsletter!' 'Please include me in your products and services mailing list!' etc. Worst of all, these boxes are of course all checked by default, relying on the fact that many send the form without reading all the small black print and deselecting the Special Offers box-by-box. Beware, always read the small print and never join any mailing lists unless you intend to clean out your mailbox that will be filled with spam

PROTECT YOUR EMAIL AND USE A DIFFERENT EMAIL ADDRESS- Never give your personal email address, open a new one so you don't get your personal mails mixed up with your business ones. Furthermore, should you receive any spam it will be easier to get rid of and your personal email remains clean. Never open or respond any email that appears to be spam since this only confirms it is actually being viewed. Some spam can come with a built-in code that will notify the sender that your address is legitimate if you just open the message and will result in more spam! Also do not post your email address in any public forum or site. There are harvesters which are sent to crawl websites and register anything that includes @, as you can imagine, the addresses registered are then sold off to people who will then fill your mailbox!

If you don't mind working hard, you can create a website or blog. On that site, you can put up Google AdSense ads or affiliate offers. When people find your site and click on those things you can make money. You can also make money by doing some freelance writing on sites like Demand Studios or you can use another site like HubPages, InfoBarrel, Break Studios, Suite 101 and Bright Hub. If you can create iPhone apps, you can make money online doing that. For little bits of money, you can do surveys and such.
